About the Project
First Carlisle Rapid Lock FleeceBack system in the South Central region for Carlisle Syntec. The existing building has a gravel BUR in place. We removed the gravel, installed a new 1/4′ per foot tapered insulation to properly drain the water, then installed 1/2″ Securshiled Rapid Lock polyiso coverboard and finally installed the Carlisle rapid Lock FleeceBack 115 TPO. This system uses no adhesives has no odors associated with the installation and has the ability to be installed with no temperature restrictions. The system qualifies for a 20-year warranty with a 2″ hail warranty and up to a 90 mph wind speed warranty cover by Carlisle Syntec.
